Job Summary:
The Center Director / Head Start Teacher is responsible for management and supervision of the Head Start site operations and providing direction, guidance, support, and supervision to staff. The Center Director / Head Start Teacher is responsible for supervising and instructing children in activities designed to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.

Minimum Requirements:
An Associate's of Applied Science degree in child development or a closely related field with six (6) college credit hours in child development and six (6) college credit hours in business management. A "closely related field" is any educational instruction pertaining to the growth, development, physical or mental care, or education of children ages birth to five (5);
AND
At least two (2) years of experience working with children 0-5 in a licensed child care center; at least one (1) year of experience working in a Head Start program. Supervisory experience preferred, but not required.

Job Summary:
The Head Start Teacher is responsible for supervising and instructing children in activities designed to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.

Minimum Requirements:
Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Associate's degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related program with 12 college credit hours related to Child Development, Early Childhood Education; OR at least 60 college credit hours towards a Bachelor's degree in CD/ECE to be completed within 12 months of hire date.
AND
One (1) year of experience teaching toddlers in a child care facility and/or classroom setting.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred.

Job Summary:
The Agency Floater will not have an assigned center location, instead they will be traveling between multiple centers as needed. When arriving at the center they are responsible for relieving the classroom staff of supervision for breaks or absence and assisting in the instruction of children in activities designed to promote social, physical and intellectual growth along with any other tasks that the center director assigns.

Minimum Requirements:
Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of Human Resources programs and services, which includes providing information and serving as a resource to others; achieving defined objectives by planning, evaluating, developing, implementing, and maintaining services in compliance with Head Start and Early Head Start performance standards, state licensing requirements, and federal, state, and local employment laws.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with major course work in human resources management, business, or public administration; and three (3) years of experience in areas of personnel management, labor relations, risk management, and training and staff development. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
 
Must complete and receive clearance of physical examination, background check, and fingerprinting.
 
Licensing: Must possess a valid Texas Driver's License and personal auto insurance.
