Basic Life Insurance & Accidental Death & Dismemberment
Basic life & AD&D Benefit of $15,000 is provided for you at no cost to you through BCBS. You do have the option to purchase additional life insurance for you and your family through BCBS as well. Premiums for this voluntary benefit are paid by the employee.
Telemedicine Benefits
Lyric Telemedicine – Virtual Medical and Behavioral Health Access for urgent care, anytime, anywhere is available to all employees at no cost to the employee. Only cost involved would be for prescription if prescribed by physician.
Enhanced Benefits
You have the option to enhance your benefits by adding Accident, Cancer Assist, and Disability insurance. The costs for these benefits will vary based on your selection.
Workers Compensation Insurance
Your worker’s compensation insurance is provided at no cost to you. You are covered for any injury suffered while on the job.
Retirement
The agency will match your voluntary contribution by 100% up to the first 4% of your contribution once you have completed one year of service.
Education Benefits
Education
The agency participates in the T.E.A.C.H. scholarship program for higher education. Child Development Credential (CDA) classes are underwritten by the agency at no cost to the employee.
